Where to Find Drawstrings???

I need a drawstring for a project I'm working on.

I need the type that you find on, for example, military backpacks... two ends of a string that come through a 'pulley' type of fastener. You can slide up a 'button' on the fastener to loosen the drawstring, or pull down on the ends of the string to tighten things up. I just need the drawstring and fastener. I've searched all over the Internet and keep finding links for bags, purses, pants, hunting clothes, rain jackets... well, you get the idea. I 'just' want the drawstring (and fastener). I can't find any manufacturers for them. Do you have ANY idea where I can buy a few of these things???
