Is there such a think and will it come off at a regular car was. Basically I don't want to destroy my paint, just what it a camo color during hunting season. I don't what to have to rub (scratch) it off.

Here's something that might interest you. I saw this at the Ducks Unlimited Great Outdoor Festival in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Check out http://www.camoclad.com/

It works really well and is removable without harming the finish underneath, offering good protection against scratches and stone chips, etc.

No, I don't get a penny from this, I wish I did....
