Anyone use RL 17 in 30-06 with 180gr?

Im using it with 165 gr Sierra SBT...Good groups, looks like a good match with the heavier grain bullets

I have settled on 54g R17, WLR, R-P case. I have a Rem 700 BDL giving me awful accy problems, most likely the long throat and the irregular bbl interior. We get what we pay for most of the time. I am seating 3.425 to reach the lands with Hornady 180 Spire Pt. Faster than expected velo @2736. grouping 1.5 / 2.5"
165 Hornady spire col 3.39" showed better luck using 55g, same launching platform, 2720 fps, 5.8sd 1.25 "
