Hi My son is shooting a 20ga 22in barrel 3in mag with turkey choke . What would his range be to take a Turkey and what would be the best shot size Thanks for Info SteveB....

To start with I would recommend #4 or 5 shot size, and a safe distance to effectivly hit and kill a, Turkey 30 yards. I have read that shot size of 4-5 is good for turkey. I use #5. The range would need to be determined by patterning the gun with the turkey load and
