Has anyone heard about what the consequences were for that guy from Manitoba who registered his soldering gun ? I think the beaurocrats who processed the paperwork are the ones who should be charged, if anybody.

There have not been any consequeces as of yet. The last I heard was that he hadn't been charged - yet.

If he IS charged, you can expect a long battle in court.

As for your statement about the beaurocrats ... I fully agree.

No consequences have been announced as yet, perhaps the Feds are too embarrassed to proceed any further?
