I challenge you all to turn on your GPS units today. Approximately midnight last night Minnesota time the government turned off S/A.
In other words the only errors left in your cheap commercial GPS units are atmospheric in nature.

It's not a new system, just the same old system with some signal 'offsets' removed to restore accuracy. The old receivers still pick up the same 'Signals' they just aren't being monkeyed with by the feds. Accuracy which was altered by the feds has now been restored. Mine shows a drift of about 2-3 meters now where it used to vary 10 to 30 meters. Paul S.
