goose in LA

I just subscribed to this group this AM. I could use a little help. I would like to take my 2 sons (grown men) on a goose hunting trip, probably in the SW Louisiana area sometime this winter. I sure could use some recommendations for reliable outfitters. I would like for them to experience the whole nine yards; lodge, fine dinners by the fire, etc. I hunted down there about 20 years ago and the number of birds was pretty fantastic. We're all from FL so our 'waterfowl' equipment is pretty limited. The only place I could find on the net was Doug's Hunting Lodge and something called WildWings. Anybody got any suggestions. Larry Robinson of Coastal Wings Outfitters in Bay City, TX. It's a little further west of LA, but I know the guy personally and have had some AWESOME hunts with him. He is finishing up his new lodge and I expect it will be beautiful. I've eaten with him at a former place and you will like the food (thick pork chops, steaks, BIG breakfasts).
