Favorite Camo Pattern

Seems like there are a bunch of different patterns now and you can get anything from your hunting clothes to your truck done in camo. What is everyones favorite camo pattern? Does anybody not believe in camo? I tend to mis and match my hunting clothes. I might wear a Predator shirt with Mossy Oak pants and an Advatage Jacket. I am not convinced one pattern is any better than another really. I think it is all between the ears :>.

I'm with you on this. Reminds me of a deal I got at Cabela's on a waterproof parka with a 'discontinued camo pattern'. I guess the deer got so they could recognize it

As much as I love the Mossy Oak company, my favorite pattern is Advantage Wetlands. But then, I'm primarily a goose & duck hunter.

I guess I will stick to my old woodland BDUs until I wear them out. I suspect that most anything with a broken pattern works.

******************************************************* ********************* August and ends on the 12th of September, some special areas go to the middle of December. Archery elk starts on the 21st of August and also runs to the 12th of September. Gotta love it! I am getting really excited this year to go. I just hope the drought we have been having dosn't affect the hunt too bad this year. My hunting sppot did get pounded with rain a couple weeks ago so things shouldn't be too bad I hope. Good luck to everybody who's seasons are starting in the next few weeks. I will try not to feel too bad for you guys who have a while yet :>

I have a waterfowl parka in Advantage Wetlands and find the greens to be too light for much of my hunting, which is done in much browner environments such as brush blinds or standing in flooded timber.

So I guess the answer to the original poster's question might be: it completely depends on where you are hunting. Too bad I can't afford to buy all my camo clothing in three different patterns

True. Most of my hunting is in rice fields, where the lighter colors work well.
