Hello....I'm a classic car owner, and been cruising in some parts of town lately, where deer are known to be. I've often heard about these whistle devices you can put under your hood, behind the grill, etc....that makes some sort of noise the deer can hear.
Has anyone had luck with theirs, and if so, can anyone recommend one by Brand Name, please.
Any information or input is appreciated.
Brian

Quite frankly, I don't believe they work. I live in an area that has a tremendous population of deer. As a firefighter/emt, I respond to a lot of deer/car accidents. You wouldn't believe how many of the cars had these anti-deer devices on the front end. A friend of mine is a state trooper, putting thousands of miles a year on. He never hit a deer until he put the deer whistles on, then he hit two in the first week!
Save your money and slow down in deer areas.

Thank Steve & Sparkie for your blunt honesty. I guess some things are too good to be true. So I'll save a few bucks (get it, BUCKS, lol) and keep doing what I do now...pay extra attention in those area's that are known for deer.
Thanks again, Brian
