CMT support of PETA

<soapbox> Tonight I saw something I didn't think I would ever see - a PETA commercial on CMT (Country Music Television). There is was, big as life, advocating PETA as if they were some sort of missionary organization operating a soup kitchen for the homeless.

i did not see the show where can is see it

It wasn't a show - it was a commercial (~30 second spot). It ran sometime between 10-11 pm CDT last night. The spokesperson was some female C&W singer (I ran into the room too late to see who it was or they would join the Bahgdad Chicks on my %^&!list.

Chris, I hope we all have sent our opinions to them. I grew up working my family's dairy farm, I hunt and fish, and I listen to country music. PETA is opposed to all of those activities with the exception the Baghdad Clucks, and KD Lang. Bill C

I didn't see it - don't get cable, and don't watch much TV anyway - it's mostly garbage.
