Anybody used this rifle for hunting? There's an article on it in the Feb 2002 issue of Sports Afield on page 40. Also has some info on the website www.eaacorp.com/

It's got a mauser action and a 23.5' barrel with synthetic stock for a weight of 6.9 lb.. Made in the Republic of Czech.

Jim I have used a BRNO in .375 H&H Magnum for several trips to Africa. I got it over 22? years ago. Had it parkerized, the stock is stripped and oil finished, the scope (A Redfield 2x7)matted. The BRNO is quite popular in many parts of Africa that I have worked and hunted. As with any gun of choice, check the individual piece before purchase. Ol Shy & Bashful
