Black Powder Hunting

Jeff mixson brought to my attention the influence that the new proposed OSHA regulation would have on everyone that likes black powder hunting and possibly on other as well.

I personally don’t practice this old but renewed type of hunting, but still the regulation can influence many other hunters as well.

A public discussion is certainly in order regarding the definition of explosive and maybe we as hunters should speak up too and not leave this discussion to others.
