Bait Sense. Will this really work?

I came across this product while surfing the internet. I'm not sure if it will work, but I guess it's worth a try. At least it beats hauling tons of produce for baiting. Take a look at http://www.baitsense.com.

In reading the regs in my home state (SC) it looks to me like this would be legal for deer even where baiting was not allowed, since the definition given for baiting in that section requires that the item be 'grain or foodstuffs'. However, the definition of baiting as it applies to bear hunting here (and all baiting for bear is illegal in SC) is using anything that would entice the bear, or words to that effect, which seems like it would make these illegal for bear hunting.

IANAL, but I would check out the laws where you live before using something like this. Of course, if baiting is already legal and you're just trying to make life easier on yourself, this might be a good thing. I'd still check the laws, though, just to be sure.
