Arkansas WMA: Which one for deer hunting?

Howdy! I am thinking about applying for a permit to hunt deer on one of the Arkansas Wildlife Management Areas. There are a lot of them. Which one would you choose for a deer hunt? Always, Gene

depends. what part of the state are you in? i have had success at gulf mountain wma, north of morrillton, but the cherokee wma is almost devoid of other hunters. you might also look into fort chaffee. i have never hunted it, but those do say it is real good. of course it isn't a wma, but is a permit hunt.
