Anyone Use a Famous Trails Night Scope?

Has anyone used a Famous Trails night scope monocular? I'm looking at buying an FT-300 Ariel, but not certain of the quality of night vision. Please let me know.

I picked up one of their 3.?X power scopes to check it out. I was not impressed with the optics. My Nightowl 1X (3 years old) had better optics. The night vision capability were equal on both. After comparison, I decided the Nightowl at 1X would serve me better than the Famous Trails. But the Famous Trails could also have been a bad one. One thing is certain for both (and almost all inexpensive night vision monoculars): only the center of the image will be focused and the edges have extreme (can't think of the term) aberrations.
