Antique Weapons And I-Con

At the I-Con convention of 2004 a problem arose in regard to the selling and presentation of old weapons.

Attended by over 6,000 people each year, I-CON is a three day festival, designed to encourage literacy, creativity and interest in science and technology through science fiction and its related genres. Programming at I-CON spans a wide range of topics and interests, including science fiction, fantasy, horror, Japanese animation (otherwise known as Anime), science and technology, comic books, and medieval reenactment.

Rule changes at the university banned dealers in antique weapons from the floor

I suppose it is logical to prohibit students free access to swords, but this entry made me think about the regulation about selling and presenting weapons in general and hunting guns in particular.

Those who practice hunting are able to search and find the guns and munition they need, maybe other people, especially young impulsive people should have more barrier on their way.

Whay do you think?
