You might be interested in an opinion piece by Ted Williams called 'Damage mounts as deep multiply' that appeared in today Atlanta Journal Constitution. He makes a strong case that regulated hunting is good for everyone including, ultimately, deer as a species and that too many restrictions on hunting leads to environmental devastation. Did any of you read this essay? If so, do you have any thoughts on it?
